What Are Some Exercises I Can Do To Burn Fat?

Hello, what are some exercises that I can do at home to burn fat off my body. My family and I go for evening walks but that doesn’t feel like enough exercise. I can’t go to the gym or take pills because I’m just a 14 year old. What are exercises that I can preform at home instead?

    Do a cardio work out ( walking, jogging or running) in your target heart rate zone for at least 20 minutes a day. If you can do 30 minutes, that’s even better. To find your target heart rate you can go to WebMD.com or search for a target heart rate tool on the internet. Good luck!
