AAA ABS – FAT BURNING AB WORKOUT

Let’s begin with the first superset which includes the Dumbbell Press Squat exercise and the Pull-up with Knee-up exercise. For the DB Press Squat, start by holding the DB at shoulder height with your feet slightly wider than hip width apart. Next, squat down, and then drive up, while raising the DB above your head. Doall repetitions for one side, then switch arms and do the other. The second exercise in the first superset is the Pull-Up with Knee-Up. For this exercise, begin by taking an overhand grip, and as you pull-up, bring your knees up to your chest, and then slowly lower back down. Although a difficult exercise to perform, this is a really great one because it’s actually two exercises in one. If, however, you can’t do the Pull-up with Knee-up exercise, you can easily substitute high repetition dumbbell rows (20 reps per side). By doing a high number of repetitions, your body is fighting against the rotation. Therefore, if you keep proper form and do high reps, your abs will actually feel it the next day. Just be sure to choose a weight that is very challenging, but still allows you to use proper form. Has anybody used Green Tea Fat Burner pills?

I was recommended by a friend to take these, she lost 7lbs in two weeks combined with healthy eating! I’ve done some research and they are all natural, inexpensive and healthy (contains anti oxidants and things like that). I would like to start taking them to help with weight loss combined with my workouts and was wondering if anybody else has taken them? If you have, did you have side effects? (It’s said to have side effects such as headaches and diarrhea). Also, did it seem to help??

How can I burn fat when I've already built a ton of muscle?

I’m a black belt in karate and Im also on a summer league and highschool swimteam, and I weigh 167lbs. I don’t eat any differently than the healthier and slimmer girls on my swimteam and I actually excercise more in an attempt to lose weight and I don’t get why Im still overweight. I read somewhere that you can look bigger by building muscle under your fat, and I think that’s my problem. I always wondered why my legs were exceptionally big when my kicks in karate were so high and so powerful compared to everyone else’s in my class. When I heard about the "muscle under fat" idea, I was furious because I didn’t know how to burn fat instead of gain muscle. Swimming for my highschool includes running near a mile everyday and then jumping jacks, vertical jumps in and out of the pool, pushups, situps, crunches, and tons of other workouts that I thought would burn fat. HELP!!! : (
