Best Fat Buner/ Metabolism booster?
I use to play basketball everyday for Hs and a traveling team so i use to be in really good shape plus i use to skimboard and wakeskate so i was always doing something never had a problem with weight or eating food.
Now i work 24/7 and don’t have time to do like anything, i go to 3 diff. schools and work 2 jobs and have a daughter that was just born.
My problem is im not fat at all but i have gotten a small belly from not running and working out and stuff. I was wondering if any fat burners actually work and if they are safe to use. I only need to speed up my metabolism because i have started eating better.
How do we lose belly fat?
I’ve had kids, but I’m always active. I eat small meals throughout the day, and not a lot of junk food. My arms are sticks, and my legs are actually in running shape. My face is narrow, I have no double chins, but there’s the belly that flops over the hem of my pants when I sit down with my back straight. My love handles stick out when I stand up. I eat a rounded diet of all the food groups, I don’t splurge, and I don’t skip meals. I can’t go exercising out there in subzero temperatures, and there’s only one store in town that supports only ONE exercise – powerwalking, and it does zip for me. YMCA jacked up their prices, so now I can’t go there. That’s the only place you can really exercise in town. My doctor says my diet’s healthy, and I hate to sit for more than an hour. I’m always walking around my home, finding things to do, chores to finish. The belly fat’s still there. My doctor says I’m underweight… how can you be underweight if all this fat is literally more than an inch in width when you pinch it? When it hangs over the pants sitting down? When sizes last month doesn’t fit you anymore this month? I need to look proportionate, not skinny in one area, fat in another.
My husband also has a large belly. He doesn’t eat huge meals, he’s a semi-pro football player, and he has FMS. The only way to reduce the pain from the FMS is by exercising, and he’s doing just that. Nothing’s working with him. It hasn’t worked for years. He can’t do too much exercises, not even every day, because he has arthritis in his shoulders, knees, and hips. He also has one ligament missing from his knee. One exercise gone wrong, and his knee snaps.
Advice? I’d like to be put on a diet that raises my metabolism, that targets fat. I’ve already been exercising on my own, but zip results. The weight’s been at 125 for three years. Belly’s been the same for as long. I’d also like my husband to have a strict diet, but where to find anything like this on the internet? Doc only gave us government-funded diets that only make us carb-burners, not fat-burners. I don’t want to pay money to have a simple diet plan. Where to find one for free?
A little bit that’ll always stay with me after I give birth? WRONG. I’ve seen women in my town with two and three kids. Flat bellies. The same age as I am. You’re working on a misconception and you actually fell for it.
Crunches and sit ups DO NOT WORK. They only strengthen your muscles, not burn the fat. You look slimmer just because the belly muscles can hold in the excess fat better. The fat’s still there, and still as much as it was before you started these ridiculous belly exercises.
The earthclinic is a joke. It’s a new age religion thing, and you want me to believe that drinking vinegar can have me lose weight? You lie. Drinking vinegar does have the potential of harming one’s health.
The berry thing? I almost believe it except for one thing. You said it was a free trial. It isn’t. Rachel Ray supports this? What a joke. She is, in some standards, a fat girl! There’s no curves to her anywhere. I’d like to see her take those berries herself. I’m not looking to lose overall body fat, which is what the berry does. My arms, face, and neck is already skinny enough! I want the belly ONLY.
Like I said… I don’t want to spend money, PERIOD. Ten bucks for a exercise video, and how much more for a couple of dumbbells, or more than just a pair? I live in a flat land. No hills anywhere. I live in a one floor apartment. No stairs. I DO run thirty minutes every day at home. No results. Did you really think I just sat there and did nothing? Read my post carefully!
Olaf, you oaf! You just quoted me "Carb-burner, not a fat-burner". You’re the most useless poster I’ve ever seen. I just read that article an hour ago, and it give ZERO advice on what foods you should eat, shouldn’t eat, and ZERO advice on exercise. That post was utterly useless.
Kamron – it is what I’m looking for, increasing metabolism. Unfortunately, your site gives absolutely no information on what food to eat, on exercises, nothing. It’s just white nose, the whole thing.

For the past 3 days i’ve been taking the green tea fat burner pills and since then I have been eating like theres no tomorrow !
Normally things I would eat, meals, do not satisfy me and I’m always hungry, is this a side effect of them? Since my metabolism is fast I get hungry easily? Someone help!!
