I have lost 25 pounds with exercise and diet. But I am kind of stuck and need to lose about 13 more pounds before my test. Can I take weight lost pills like hydroxycut or energyboliser? They contained efedra and other stimulants. I have not taken anything so far because I am worried they might show in the test and get disqualified. My recruiter has no idea if they are OK to take. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Do the hydroxycut mix packets do exactly the same thing as the hydroxycut pills?
cuz i bought the packets and my wife bought the pills, the bottle of pills say everything that the packet box says except the pill bottle says burns calories, but on the hydroxycut website it says they have exactly the same ingredients. so does anyone know?
