need a fat burner or a appetite curbing pill? diets? and a lower ab workout?

I want to loose some excess body fat…in 12 weeks. i want to loose about 10 to 15 lbs.. i know its do-able if i loose about a lb a week…so does anyone know of any (cheap or inexpensive) fat burners that will get me pumped with energy to burn fat faster in the gym, or an appetite curbing pill or supplement or vitamin or something i could take to take the cravings for food away? and i need an effective lower ab workout…its really hard to tone those lower abs…the upper abs are doing great…its the lower ones…
