No. You can’t spot train. Focus on eating right, cutting down portion sizes, and throwing in more cardio. Obviously, strength training as well.

So this is a 4 minute circuit routine to target fat loss, I would have liked to see the demonstrator do a complete 4 minutes of exercises to see how someone in shape responds to this type of workout…….those box jumps looked like it wore him out and he didn’t even do 30 seconds….good tips though thanks

This does work if you supplement it in to a regular workout routine you will see a difference.
